The price for an adult single-day ticket to any of Walt Disney
World's four central Florida theme parks was raised $2 to $50
before taxes. That makes Mickey's parks once again the most expensive
in Orlando, even if it is just by a nickel.
The price
of multiday passes is also going up, but you can get a discount
when you purchase them in advance. The price of a four-day pass
will go up $7 to $199, if you buy nit at the park . Buy it online,
on the phone, at an out-of-state Disney Stores, or from your friendly
local travel agent and the price is just $192.
Through November
17, Florida residents will be able to buy a four-day pass good
for admission to all Disney parks for $109.
Disney last
raised prices in January 2001. SeaWorld raised its prices in January
2002, and Universal Orlando last raised its prices in March 2002.
Universal Orlando's adult single-day price is $49.95, as is Sea
World's.
