The prices for shipping listed elsewhere on this site cover delivery within the United States and do not even begin to cover the cost of postage to the United Kingdom, let alone to more distant corners of the globe. In some cases, the cost of shipping is nearly as much as the price of the book.

Fortunately, you have another option. Order your books from Amazon.co.uk!They offer each of our books at a small discount, but they do not offer the 2-Pak and the 3-Pak. For those, you'd simply have to order the books separately. The last time we looked, their site was saying that all books are "usually dispatched in 24 hours."
As a point of comparison, we checked what Amazon.co.uk would charge to send all three books of the "Orlando 3-Pak" via First Class post to a representative UK address. The total amount, including shipping, was £32.93 which is, according to our deft calculations, a good deal.
