Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League |
This is the Blue Jays. They aren’t a big draw outside of the limited number of Canadians who make the trip to Florida or have migrated here. So even though Knology is the second smallest stadium in the Grapefruit League and one of the best places to watch Spring Training baseball, there are usually a couple of thousand tickets left for every game.
Of course, that does not include the games against marquee teams. Despite the fact that the Yankees play just 30 minutes away in Tampa’s Legends Field, the Yankees vs. Blue Jays contest came just 19 tickets short of a sell-out in 2004, as did the Red Sox vs. Blue Jays game. So if you want to see the Yankees or Red Sox play here, you’ll need to buy your tickets early. You’ll also pay more for these “premium” games, as reflected by the higher prices below. Premium prices might also be charged onother occasions, such as weekend games or games late in the season. Capacity: 5,510 Average Attendance: 3,595 Ticket Prices: Lower Club $18 / $24 Upper Club $15 / $20 Lower Outfield $15 / $20 Upper Outfield $13 / $17 For Tickets: 727-733-0429 Didn't find what you were looking for?
