Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League
Pittsburgh Pirates: Seats

Finding your seat here isn’t hard, particularly since you won’t be left to do it on your own. One of the corps of very friendly volunteers (look for the yellow polo shirt) will point you in the right direction. Still, when you enter the stadium, you may find it confusing at first glance because there are wide gaps between the sections. Bear in mind that there are only three types of seats: The box seats are below the main seating aisle, the reserved are above, and the bleachers are on either side of the stadium at the ends of each foul line. You can’t miss the bleachers; they are silver metal; everything else is yellow and green.

A word of warning. In most stadiums, box seats are below the main aisle and reserved grandstands are above the aisle. At McKechnie, not all box seats are below the main aisle. The tops of boxes 1 to 4 are all the way at the top of the stadium. I know; I was excited to get a box seat and when I got to the stadium, I was second row from the top. Very disappointing.
