Any new park is an experience, but this one is a cut above the rest. There are so many surprises and fun experiences at Bright House Networks Field, that you get far more than a game. Whether you choose to enjoy a margarita at the tiki bar, let your kid loose in the kiddie play area, or sit on the grass next to the bullpen on a massive berm, you’re going to get your money’s worth here. There are also contests that anyone can enter. On my last visit, my favorite was the Kane’s Furniture Best Seat in the House contest. Anyone who bought a program could enter by filling out a form and dropping it in a box before the end of the first inning. At that time, they drew a name and that person and a guest got to sit in leather recliners at the top of the section right behind home plate. I only wish I had won.
