Orlando's not a one-mouse town and this is the site that proves it! |
The concessionaires at Bright House Networks Field did not let me down. There are three large concession stands, each offering the traditional array of baseball food. The hot dogs are thick and juicy here, but the must-try gems are the specialty items, particularly the cheese steak sandwich. Don’t miss this perfect mix of grilled steak, onions, and melted cheese. It is absolutely fantastic. You’ll find it at the stand behind home plate. Also, don’t miss the “Beers of the World” stand located on the third base side of the stadium. It offers over 40 different types of beers, mostly bottled. It also sells beers by the bucket, five beers at a discounted price. The variety is a welcome relief from the Bud, Coors, and Miller offered by most Florida stadiums. Finally, the stadium provides the largest tiki bar I’ve ever seen at a ballpark. It seats 75 people, and every seat has a view of the playing field. The bar stays open after the game. It’s a good place to hang out while the parking lot clears, particularly if you have a designated driver. Didn't find what you were looking for? Try a Google search.
