Count on delays. Tampa has some of the worst roads anywhere. There is always a traffic jam somewhere in the area, often several of them. The stadium is located on Dale Mabry Highway, a main thoroughfare in the Tampa area. Despite its six lanes, it is always congested. Figure you will have to wait and you won’t be disappointed.
