Minnesota Twins: Tickets

This is a difficult ticket to get, perhaps because all the people who can’t get tickets to see the Red Sox at nearby City of Palms Park travel here. On average, there are fewer than 200 tickets available on game day. Also, do not make the mistake of thinking that it will be easier to get a ticket to a Twins vs. Red Sox game here than it would be at City of Palms Park. It isn’t. I made that mistake and I was lucky to get a standing room only ticket here. The Red Sox are just as big a draw at Bill Hammond Stadium as they are at any other stadium in the Grapefruit League. So buy your tickets early if you are planning on seeing the Red Sox or any of the other marquee teams play here.

Ticket prices are about average for the Grapefruit League. But there has been no general admission in the past, so there were no cheap seats. This is likely to change with the opening of berm seating.

Note: Holman Stadium is quite unusual in that the upper (200 number) sections are bleacher seats. Be forewarned: they are metal with no armrests. If that doesn’t bother you, they’re fine. If you want a comfortable seat, aim for one in the 100 sections.
