Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League |
This park is literally a shrine to Spring Training. It's an historical treasure that can and should be experienced. The stadium and complex were designed by Dodger greats Walter O'Malley (manager) and Branch Rickey (front office), two of baseball's best ever people. The history alone would be enough to make your experience here more than just a game. In the past, live music and picnic tables were just outside the park, but in 2006, this area became the new souvenir tent.
