Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League
Florida Marlins / St. Louis Cardinals: Shade

This park’s biggest drawback is the lack of shade; there’s almost none and the little there is comes only part way through the game. So you have to be prepared for several innings in the sun wherever you sit. If you want shade, sit at the top of the center sections of the grandstands. The sun will dip below the stadium during the game, shading your seat in the process.

Sun lovers can pick almost any seat and be assured of plenty. The bleachers allow you to sit almost facing the sun for most of the game. The first base side puts your back to the sun. The berm will let you soak up the sun all afternoon.
