Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League |
The Tigers need all the fan support they can get. So it’s surprising there are so few places to get an autograph here. In fact, you’re going to be out of luck in many cases. Once you’re inside the stadium, the only place to get an autograph from a Tiger is in front of sections 100 and 101, and that is not easy to do. If you sit on the first base side, the net that stretches from the end of the dugout to the middle of section 101 will prevent you from getting autographs there.
Bottom line: If you want to get an autograph, get to the stadium about four hours before gametime. The practice fields are to the east of the stadium and are open to the public. Players are much more responsive to requests for autographs when they are on the practice fields. Didn't find what you were looking for? Try a Google search.
