The souvenir selection is actually pretty good at Chain of Lakes Park. There is a rather large souvenir store next to the ticket entrance. It sells all the traditional items, along with items you'll find only here, such as Indians Mardi Gras beads. If you miss the souvenir store, there is a novelties stand immediately on your left as you walk into the stadium. It carries a limited selection, consisting mostly of hats, t-shirts, and Indians logo baseballs. Didn't find what you were looking for? Try a Google search.
