Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League |
How bad the traffic is leaving the park is always contingent on when you leave the game, and that is particularly true here. The problem comes when you try to leave the lot to head for the road. Usually, there are only one or two exits from each of the parking lots. Those exits generally lead to one road and one way out of the parking complex (although I have seen two exits open on occasion). The result, especially for big games, is thousands of cars all waiting to go through one of two exits. I’ve sat for more than an hour in the parking lot waiting to get out. Once you get out of the lot, it’s clear sailing, as WDW has an excellent road system. There’s just one way to get around it if you drive: leave early.
