Florida Spring Training: Your Guide To Touring The Grapefruit League |
In 2003, Disney installed a brighter scoreboard with a great addition, a miles-per-hour square. After every pitch, the stadium shows how fast the pitcher threw the ball. Be quick to look, as the speed doesn’t stay up there long. Still, it’s something that should be at every park. Baseball Disney-style is packed with entertainment. If you like music, you’ll enjoy the saxophone group. And the disc jockey type games keep people in their seats between innings. If you’re looking for something to keep the tots entertained, however, get a seat on the outfield berm and let them roll down the hill. There’s relatively little else for youngsters to do inside Cracker Jack Stadium unless the basketball hoop and other game paraphernalia happen to be set up (see above) the day you visit. Note: Outside the stadium, behind the Milk House, the multi-sports experience interactive area is open to all guests on game days. Didn't find what you were looking for? Try a Google search.
