Located just steps away from the heated pool, The Palms is a modest bar with a small number of tables under a shaded pavilion. It serves up a good selection of frozen drinks like margaritas and piña coladas as well as “signature drinks” such as a Cruzan Rum Runner and a Pomegranate Margarita. For the less adventurous, there is beer and a selection of non-alcoholic smoothies.
A surprisingly varied menu of light meals is also on offer. The choices range from bar food like chicken wings and nachos to a good selection of sandwiches. The healthier diner can choose from salads like the Tuscan Shrimp or a fresh fruit basket. A small selection of simple desserts rounds out the menu.
This is a great place for Mom and Dad to relax while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool.
