This basic (only the Deluxe brand has a breakfast buffet) all-suite chain featuring studios with kitchenettes comes in two flavors, both of which are represented here, one behind the other. The deluxe version is only slightly enhanced. Daily and weekly rates are available. You have to pay for Internet access here, but it costs just $5 for your entire stay.

This independent, three-story, ultra-budget motel is a blast from the past. Its 299 functional rooms are laid out in an “L” on eight acres. There are two pools each with a large hot tub and a bar between them that offers a regular menu of things to do (karaoke, poker) to keep people engaged. It caters to the European holiday trade. Ask for an interior room to avoid the traffic noise from the busy Bee Line Expressway. The Village Inn is on property, features a kids-eat-free policy, and serves a great key lime pie. Just a short stroll away is a strip mall with more restaurants.
