This intimate and classy 60-seat restaurant is the resort’s equivalent of a hotel restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. There is a narrow bar leading to a circular dining room that looks out onto the Faldo Institute’s nine-hole golf course; a narrow outside patio offers some outdoor seating during warmer months.
Because the entrance lies just outside the guard house that screens all resort guests, the restaurant is easily accessible to the general public and has a loyal local following that comes for the Tuesday night baby back ribs special or the Wednesday prime rib feast. I’d recommend it, even if you are not staying here. Reservations, then, are vital.
