This is the most elaborate of the eateries at Aquatica. As you enter, you are greeted by an open fire and spits on which various meats are being slow roasted. There is also a large circular cooking surface on which sliced beef for sandwiches is prepared.
To either side are twin cafeteria lines offering simple fare like chicken tender platters and fried fish sandwiches. More elaborate are the Cuban sandwich, the “chef-carved” turkey and ham sandwich, and a cheesesteak sandwich. Cold selections include a few wraps, a Cobb salad, and a grilled breast of chicken salad. Most of the seating is outdoors and most of it is pleasantly shaded.
