This shallow saltwater pool seems only slightly larger than the concrete ray pool over at SeaWorld. But instead of hanging over the edge, here you can wade right in and snorkel with these intriguing little critters whose scary look belies their sweet and docile nature. What’s more, you don’t have to pay a small fortune to feed them here; food is freely available at regular intervals from the attendants, who are extremely knowledgeable sources of information about their charges.
Tip: If you have your heart set on feeding a stingray, come early in the day. Unlike some of us, stingrays are smart enough to stop eating when they are full.
