Discounts The best way to get a discount is to book early. Bookings made 100 days or more out qualify for a ten percent discount. Florida residents can also qualify for a discount as long as one member of their party does the dolphin swim. Discovery Cove has offered occasional discounts, during slower periods, to Passport holders, conventioneers, and via radio station promotions. Promotional discounts do not include the seven days of admission to the theme parks. Conventioneers can call (866) 781-1333 for information about special offers just for them; these are typically offered on selected dates during the low season.
Cancellation Policy Because the number of daily visitors is carefully controlled, a visit to Discovery Cove is more like a tour package or a cruise than a visit to a “regular” theme park. The advance reservation and cancellation policies reflect this fact. All reservations must be prepaid 45 days prior to your visit, or immediately if your planned visit is less than 30 days away. If you have to cancel your reservation you may incur a penalty. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the reserved date get a full refund; between 15 and 29 days, a 50% refund; between 8 and 4 days, 25%.
