Orlando's not a one-mouse town and this is the site that proves it! |
What: Hearty cafeteria sandwiches More of a walk-up stand than a cafeteria, this vest-pocket eatery is the first thing you encounter in the Anheuser-Busch Hospitality Center if you enter directly from the Clydesdale Stable next door. If you are coming through the main doors, head to your left. The quality of the hefty sandwiches served here belie the modest appearance.
The sandwich choices include turkey, “hand-carved” beef, bratwurst, and the Deli Club. There is also a nice warm entree, the Hospitality Beef Stew, which is served in a bowl carved out of a hearty loaf of bread. For salad lovers, there is a grilled chicken Caesar along with the usual soft drink selection. You can also buy beer here, but you might want to avail yourself of the free samples being handed out just paces away. There is a limited seating section just opposite the serving line, but a far better choice is the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. There’s plenty of it and it is perhaps the loveliest outdoor dining venue in the park. Didn't find what you were looking for? Try a Google search.
