In addition to the online, advance-purchase discounts mentioned earlier, look for dollars-off coupons in the usual tourist throwaway publications and at the guest services desk at your hotel. A typical discount is $2.50 off per person for up to six people. Steeper discounts are available from discount ticket brokers (see Chapter 1: Introduction & Orientation).
Members of AAA receive a 10% discount off regular prices. The deaf, the blind, and those with mental handicaps receive a generous 50% discount. Active military personnel can get a discount by purchasing tickets at their military base. Visiting conventioneers are also eligible for discounts if they show their badges at Guest Services.
