In the morning, Emack & Bolio’s serves up quick, easy to carry breakfast items like yogurt, fruit cups, Starbucks coffee, and pastries. There are also take-to-your-room snacks and drinks. Its main line of business, however, is upscale, high-fat, premium ice cream and fruit smoothies, which have made it one of the hotel’s most popular “dining” spots.
The ice cream flavors have cutesy Ben & Jerry’s-style names, often with a rock and roll twist. A single scoop costs $3.25 and a pint goes for $7.50. Sundaes start at $4.75, but why not round up seven friends and splurge on a $22 Emack Attack?
