The pool enjoys its own casual bar serving light fare, with optional poolside service. The circular bar is open to the pool and raffishly decorated with rusted metal sculptures of musicians. Tables spill out from under the conical roof, but roaming servers will take your order and fetch you food and drink anywhere in the pool area. You can order up a daiquiri, margarita, or other fancy drink ($9 to $12) or opt for a non-alcoholic smoothie ($6).
The abbreviated menu ranges from the sort of salty snacks that will encourage you to order another beer, to salads and sandwiches, to simple desserts. The sandwiches ($10 to $13) range from wraps and burgers (including veggie burgers) to more refined fare. Or you can build your own pizza ($10 and up). Salads ($10 to $15) range from a simple dish of mixed greens to Caesar salad with shrimp. The desserts ($3 to $5) include ice cream treats from Emack and Bolio’s. As with all the poolside eateries at Universal Orlando, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all bills.
