What: Walk-up burger joint Popeye’s pal is as closely associated with hamburgers as it’s possible to be, so it’s good to see him here serving up the apotheosis of the all-American burger. Burger, chili dog, and chicken finger meals are served, with shakes and desserts. Soft drinks are served, and draft beer is available to slake that deeper thirst. Service is from walk-up but shaded windows in a building that serves as a portside supply shack. All seating is outdoors, only some of it shaded.
