You should be able to see all of Islands of Adventure in a day, if only because the definition of “all” will be different for everyone and most people will exclude at least some of the attractions from their list of must-sees. For example, many people will have no interest in subjecting themselves to the intense thrills of the roller coasters or Doctor Doom’s Fear Fall. Teenagers and young singles will have little or no interest in Seuss Landing, and those without children can probably skip the interactive play areas (although they’re pretty nifty and worth a peek).
Those who are perverse or persistent enough to want to see literally everything Islands of Adventure has to offer can probably come pretty close in a single day, especially if they are willing to arrive early and step lively. If you pay for Universal Express Plus passes or enjoy the front-of-the-line privileges of staying on site, then seeing it all is a slam-dunk.
