Shopping is muted here, but the Dinostore, located on the top level of the Discovery Center opposite Burger Digs, is a small shop with some redeeming educational value. There are wooden dinosaur skeleton kits, books about dinosaurs aimed at the younger set, and dinosaur toys, as well as dinosaur and mineral collectibles. There is also a smattering of Jurassic Park clothing here.
Jurassic Outfitters is the gauntlet you run after splashing down on the River Adventure ride. As you might expect, you will find the Jurassic Park logo on every conceivable surface from t-shirts (“I Survived Jurassic Park, the Ride!”) to mugs. Of particular interest are some quite nice jungle adventurer hats and Jurassic Park beach towels, which you actually might need. Best of all are the framed photos taken of you and your fellow tourists plunging screaming down the last drop of the ride.
