Although I haven’t taken out a tape measure to check, Hollywood is probably the smallest “set” at Universal Studios Florida. It is about two city blocks long, stretching from Lucy: A Tribute near the park entrance to The Garden of Allah motel near the lagoon. Along the way is an imaginative and loving recreation of the Hollywood of our collective subconscious. The Hollywood set was primarily a shopping and dining venue until the opening of Terminator 2: 3-D Battle Across Time made it a major stop on everybody’s tour of Universal’s Greatest Hits.
