“Captain Rick” runs this friendly tour operation offering one-hour “scenic/eco tours” of Kissimmee’s Lake Toho (Tohopekaliga) aboard a 24-foot, six-passenger pontoon boat. Soft drinks, water, and snacks are thrown in at no additional charge.
Bald eagles and ospreys can sometimes be spotted around the lake, but gators are more frequently sighted. Cruisers can also see the island from which Chief Osceola himself ruled over his territory.
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Captain Rick also provides fishing charters for crappie and bass on the Lake.
