Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday noon to 4:00 p.m.
Location: From I-4 Exit 74 drive east and turn right onto International Drive, then right onto Jamaican Court

This elaborate indoor complex, which hosts regular swim meets and competitions, has three heated pools, including a diving well. All pools have lanes set aside for long distance lap swimmers.
