Guides do not come cheap; $325 for a full day and $225 for a half day is fairly standard, although some services charge as much as $350 for a full day and $250 for a half. The price covers two people, plus tackle and, sometimes, bait. If all you have time (or money) for is a half-day, make it the morning. Of course, you will also need a Florida State fishing license. A 7-day license for a nonresident is $16.50, an annual one is $31.50. You can get one at any fishing camp, or your guide will help you obtain one.
