Adventures in Florida This eco-tour company offers day-long canoe or kayak expeditions, lunch included, to the Little-Big Econ area and the Wekiva basin ($40 to $75 per person). On nights of the full moon they organize nighttime paddles. They also offer a number of week-long expeditions (about $1,300 per person), including one in Central Florida that includes a lot of kayaking and snorkeling with a manatee.
