The souvenir hunter will not leave disappointed. There are plenty of logo-bearing gadgets, gizmos, and wearables from which to choose. The t-shirts with tigers and gorillas are especially attractive. Tiger fanciers will also be drawn to the beach towels with the large white Bengal tiger portrait.
Best of all are the genuine African crafts to be found here and there around the park. Look for them in Morocco, Crown Colony, and Timbuktu. The prices can be steep for some of the nicer pieces, but there are some very attractive (and attractively priced) smaller items to be found. Clothing is another good buy at Busch, with some of the better shops located in Morocco and Crown Colony.
Most of the shops offer a free package pick-up service that lets you collect your purchases near the front entrance on your way out, so you needn’t worry about lugging things about for half the day.
