You know you’re almost at Busch Gardens when you see the giant roller coaster Montu looming overhead. You’ll probably also hear the screams as you pull into the parking lot. Actually, there are a series of parking lots with room for 5,000 vehicles. Lots A and B are near the park entrance and are reserved for handicapped and preferred parking, respectively. There is much more parking across the street, which is where you will most likely be stowing your car. Trams snake their way back and forth to the entrance, but if you’re in A or B it’s just as easy to walk.
Motorcycles and cars park for $8, campers and trailers for $9, tax included. If you have any Busch Gardens annual pass, parking is free. Preferred Parking, in Lot B, costs $12 ($5 for annual passholders).
