This is Busch Gardens Africa’s ultimate animal encounter experience, not to mention the most costly. But the $350 you pay for this six and a half hour tour will probably seem worth it to animal and zoo fanatics. Because there is hard work involved, this one has some additional restrictions.
Participants must be 13 years old and at least 52 inches tall and able to lift 15 pounds and climb a flight of stairs.
You have to follow instructions, too, something not every tourist seems capable of doing.
Your time is divided between caring for and feeding giraffes and antelopes in the morning and birds in the afternoon, all in the Serengeti Plain area of the park.
