Lost Children
If you become separated from your child, contact the nearest employee. Found children are returned to the Security Office next door to the Marrakesh Theater in Morocco.
Leaving the Park
Just have your hand stamped at the exit for readmittance on the same day. Your parking stub will get you back into the lot free.
Money
Busch Gardens has thoughtfully dotted ATMs around the park, just in case you run out of cash. You will find them just outside the main entrance, as well as in Morocco, Stanleyville, and Timbuktu, conveniently located near the shops. They are connected to the Plus, MoneyStation, and Cirrus systems. In addition, you can get cash advances on your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
Pets
There is a Pet Care Center located near the main tram stop in Parking Lot C. The simple facility charges $6 per pet ($5 for annual passholders). They provide water; the owner provides food. If your pet needs walking during the day, that is your responsibility.
Rain Checks
Busch Gardens Africa offers a “rain guarantee.” If you feel your visit has been ruined by the rain, they will issue a complimentary ticket valid for another day’s admission within the next seven days.
Smoking
To comply with Florida’s strict anti-smoking legislation, smoking is banned in all restaurants, rides, shows, exhibits, and most public areas. For the still-addicted, Busch provides “Designated Smoking Areas,” outdoor ghettos that are called out on the park map by little red circles containing a smoking cigarette.
