Perhaps the most noteworthy feature of the dining scene in Bird Gardens is the free beer that is dispensed in the beautifully designed and sited Hospitality House. Yup, free beer. The cups are on the small size (about 10 ounces) and there’s a limit (one sample at a time, two per day), but it’s still a gracious gesture. Many of Anheuser-Busch’s brands are available, including the nonalcoholic O’Doul’s. Besides Hospitality House, you will find a few modest refreshment stands.
