I have already mentioned the discount given on tickets purchased seven days in advance on the Busch Gardens web site. Once you’re in Tampa, you may find dollars-off coupons for Busch Gardens in all the usual places (see Chapter 1: Introduction & Orientation). Discounted tickets are also available from hotel Guest Services desks and ticket brokers in the Orlando area.
In addition to the discounts accorded to senior citizens purchasing annual passes, AAA cardholders can get a $5 discount on one-day admissions at the ticket booths, while handicapped guests receive a 50% discount. Special deals are offered to Florida residents during the off-season (fall to spring); call for details.
Annual passholders receive a 10% discount on merchandise in park shops and at the larger eateries as well as a $30 discount on admission to Discovery Cove in Orlando.
