Better Late Than Never
Looks like the paperwork went through and, according to the Sentinel, Cypress Garden's new/old Starliner was worth the wait.

Its feel is distinct from the start, as the cars are noisily pulled up to the apex in a stuttering climb that is anything but smooth. After that, it's a surprisingly fast series of dips, ramps and turns, with the ratchety inertia compensating for the lack of loops.
"Great ride for the kids," said Pam Gervase of Auburndale after exiting. "Something steeper might be nice for adults, though."
The gleaming white, lattice-heavy thrill ride is visible from outside the park's gates, and the clack-clack-clack of the track alerts guests that a plunge -- 67 feet at 70 mph -- is imminent.
