Tragedy At Bubba Gump in CityWalk
So I stroll into Bubba Gump, hungry as a bear and looking forward to a good meal.
"I don't even need to look at the menu," I told my smiling waitress, "I know exactly what I want: the shrimp over linguine."
"Oh, we took that off the menu," she replied.
What!? What is it about me? Every time I rave about something in my guidebooks, there's a better than even chance it will be gone the next time I visit. And so it was with the shrimp and linguine. The waitress sweet talked me into trying the mahi mahi in bourbon cream sauce over mashed potatos, which was in fact pretty darn good.
But still.
