Skull Kingdom Closes
Skull Kingdom has closed, leaving Orlando without a major "haunted house" style attraction. Aficionados of this type of entertainment will have to make do with the smallish Haunted Grimm House at Old Town in Kissimmee.
The closing of Skull Kingdom also doomed the Chamber of Magic show that was presented in the attraction's back room.
I'm considering launching a new section of this site to enshrine the many Orlando attractions that have closed over the years, but which were lovingly described in earlier editions of The Other Orlando and Universal Orlando.
